Addiction Counseling
Jana works with clients struggling with alcohol and substance use addictions, as well as their family members. Addiction can take its toll, not only on individuals, but also on relationships. She helps people with accountability, as well as developing new coping skills.
It can be challenging to navigate the road to recovery without help--Jana will provide a respectful atmosphere while supporting and challenging you. During her treatment of addiction, Jana guides clients through the process of identifying other underlying issues that might be preventing success.
Jana is also passionate about working with family members of people struggling with addiction. She will help parents and loved ones better understand addiction and provide additional support throughout the recovery process.
