Everyone experiences the emotion of anger; however, how we respond to that emotion can be very different for each person. Jana helps clients understand their anger responses, identify triggers, and learn new ways to express themselves. Further, she helps clients understand how their response to anger, whether it be with aggressive yelling or passive-aggressive silence affects or hinders their relationships. Jana is dedicated to teaching clients how to communicate effectively and ultimately to use these techniques to improve their lives.
