In Jana's counseling practice, she works with clients who are struggling with the pain of depression. It has been said that depression lies to you... depression tells you that you are not good enough, or that you will never accomplish your goals, or that you are not lovable. She helps clients identify the causes of their depression, and to develop individual strategies that work specifically for them. Jana will assist you in creating new patterns of thinking and new positive habits that contribute to happier, more satisfying lives.
Jana is also dedicated to working with those troubled by suicidal thoughts. Together she will help you better understand the source of depression and develop a path for healing.
